What next

If you got 80% or more, you can tell what happened yesterday, last week and last year, which is a big step: move on to week 6. If not, look at which part cost you the most. For the regular endings, go back to day 29 and day 30; for the irregular verbs, redo the verb workouts on day 31 and day 32; for há, faz and desde, reread day 33. Then try this checkpoint again tomorrow. Next week Emma is back at work in a rainy São Paulo, and you'll learn to say what's happening right now.

Your result

Answer everything above first. 80% right on the first try means you’re ready to move on. Below that, go back over the days that gave you trouble, then try again.
