  • Table manners: mastigar de boca fechada (to chew with your mouth closed) and mastigar de boca aberta (to chew with your mouth open).
  • Chewing gum: you can say mastigar chiclete, and you will also hear mascar chiclete, which means the same thing: Ela está mascando chiclete. (She is chewing gum.)
